Every block, from diamond ore, obsidian, stone, wood, and others drop random custom items! With the space stone and villiger souls you could've traveled to the nether. Got soul sand with a random drop. Smelt some stone and make the soul stone. And then you could've also made the time stone if you found emeralds.
