3年前に入庫し、一時期社用車して活用していたビラーゴ250。
フッと衝動にまかせて全バラしたのまでは良かったのですが‥
カスタマイズしながらイチから組直すのは、まぁ～大変😫　本当に気が遠くなります😅
純正&社外部品の廃盤が多く、組替え、リペイント、研磨などナカナカ苦労しましたが、
その甲斐あって30年前のモデルとは思えない仕上りに✨
3年分の集大成を前編/後編に分けてご紹介させて頂きますので、
ビラーゴに限らず、カスタム予定の方からバイクを新規購入予定の方まで。

めっちゃかっこいいビラーゴですね！テールを固定されているステーはなにを使用されていますか？また、テールはキジマのテールでしょうか？

有難う御座います☺ ステーは 250TR のリヤフェンダーのサブステー(純正) をCUTしたモノになります。たまたまストックしていたモノを活用しただけですので、同じ具合で湾曲した鋼材板があれば代用可能かと思われます☺ テールは中古入手のため詳細不明ですが、おっしゃる通りキジマのクラシックラウンドL と同等形状で御座います☺

このリアサスペンションはなんですか？！今27.5のリアサスを使っているのですが、ローダウンしたいんですけど何かおすすめありますか？

Thanks☺ The manufacturer is unknown because it is the tank that was installed. For a tank with a similar shape, please search for a Japanese manufacturer "Garage T&F". If you have a store in your country that can import Japanese parts, you should be able to get them.

how did you extend the front forks? I have a keeway 250. it is similar to yamaha virago

The front fork is not extended☺ I don't know about the Keyway 250😅

Hi hi I like to know how you do the front large, Where can I get an inclined yoke to make it look longer? What is it mame Because here in Mexico we must remake the front to make it inclined I hope you help me

Good evening. Japanese custom parts manufacturer "T&F Garage" has similar products. Therefore, please find a shop that can import parts from Japan and place your order. If there is no shop that can import it, you may have no choice but to give up and make your own.
