In the 10th grade my summer job was working in a hospital mortuary, removing the organs and body prep for funeral home. It does not smell till you get to the intestines.

I’m vegetarian and my mom was vegan for a while as well going back and forth between being vegan and vegetarian. when they make vegetarian or vegan alternative foods it’s plant-based foods so they take chickpeas and grind it up and beans and grind it up and corn and all those different types of vegetables grind it up make a paste with it and then sometimes there’s coloring with certain vegetables and other vegetables like beats beats have a red tone to them so they add that to the fake protein which is actually in the form of it’s called texturized veggie protein it. Most nutritionist have been taught to tell us the that being vegan isn’t good for you or being vegetarian isn’t good for you not to be secretive but that’s just what they’ve been taught and so they only share what they know to be true. Now this can be true not because of you not eating meat but because most people don’t take the time to make sure that the fruits and veggies that they are eating are well rounded and give you all the nutrients that we need to function. The only way that you’re going to be healthy with anything is having anything in balance and moderation. a lot of vegans are vitamin/mineral deficient and have to take a whole bag of supplements to make up for it so I can't say it's all that healthy. With that said I have massive respect for people who are able to live and stick with that vegan lifestyle because that shit hard.
