F1 should use the same Q1 & Q2 format from 2015, but for Q3: whoever was 10th from Q2 leaves the pitlane first, 60 seconds later whoever was 9th leaves, 60 seconds later whoever was 8th leaves, 60 seconds later... (and it carries on like that). The drivers are only allowed 1 lap that will determine the final result with no second chances for anybody. This increases the pressure, there will always be some cars on the track, and there are more likely to be mistakes which I think will be exciting. However, qualifying only determines the order for a 30 minute sprint race that starts soon after Q3. With points awarded to the top 5. The final order after this race determines the grid for the main race on Sunday. I know I'm wasting my time but I wanted to write this somewhere.

They really need a better FPS camera. The video is so laggy it's hard to follow. Fly cam is moving too fast, the video should be at least 60 FPS.

I'm now a "right to lifer", because I just saw an abortion with my own eyes!The three knockout sessions are too short already to be giving the slowest cars almost no time to improve.We went from seeing the excitement of cars getting out of the knockout zone or getting pole after the checkered flag waved, to the depressing, predictable elimination of drivers one by one who had no chance.Let's just draw grid positions out of hat. That's where it's heading.
