We decide to make one last stop in Greece before crossing the border to Bulgaria, we explore the extraordinary Kerkini Lake National Park with its abundance of water birds!
We're lucky to join a group of uni students on a boat trip to see the birds from up close. This turns out to be a really intense period because we want to make the most of our time here, which means waking up at sunrise and days filled with activities until sunset!

Who are we?
We’re An and Yves, a Belgian couple who share a passion for travel en adventure.
Over the years we took a couple of gap years of different occasions and right now we're travelling the hippie trail, which started on January 1 2023!
