this is the way birria should should be made, super flavorful and juicy with a thick sauce that stays on the meat, ive had the blandest birria with 0 flavor in the jus or meat. this looks INSANE

Okay, so first off. It’s not a jus. It’s a consummé and it’s supposed to be thin. Thin doesn’t mean it’s lacking flavor. It’s not supposed to be this thick.

Thank you for showing the birria’s recipe. In mexico, instead of bread we use tortilla and we call it “Quesa-birria”. It is awesome if you have a hangover.
