Breastfeeding is not painful at all. The worst thing is engorgement and there are ways to keep that under control. Lactation consultants are a godsend! And NEVER be afraid to ask questions. It is your baby and you can ask anything you want ❤

To be honest no one is ever fully ready like y'all said . Just let it happen when it happens! Obviously with endo there's things you have to put in place to make it start happening. But I think when you decide it's time to take those steps you'll be readier then you've ever been. But as far as breastfeeding, it only hurts if they latch on wrong and If you do not rotate.. and yes you can get chapped. But not rotating can make you have clogged milk ducts and to be honest that so more painful then breastfeeding itself

No brest feeding is not so much painfull what is painfull is when you have to much milk

Breastfeeding is only or should only be potentially painful while mom and baby are learning but once you both get the hand of it it should not be painful. I feel like I hear a good amount of women saying this recently and it's sad bc it's going to scare other women away from breastfeeding but don't get me wrong fed is best 100% but if it's painful get some help from a lactation consultant please. It should be enjoyable and a wonderful bonding moment not painful. Please don't be afraid of it. ❤️

I've been breastfeeding for a year and 8 months now and it's only when you keel over dead sick is when you feel like they're sucking the life out of you. Breastfeeding SHOULD NEVER HURT!
