The mind stop completely. Mind is not an entity it is the the activity and it depend on activity.

Existence is an appearance and is not a reality. If we don't really exist, how can we die, when existence and death is a delusions.

Bhante is right. The word Buddha literally means a "Non-Entity". So a Buddha is someone who does not exist in the material world.
