Naruto isn’t the reincarnation of hashirama but both of them is the reincarnation of asura. That’s how I understand it.

@@Yurouzi true true if you think about it the soul have to merge if they to be in the same body of that's true you could say a piece of each reincarnations soul is stuck with aushra's when he leaves the body and deceach to the other soul and thus the reincarnation cycle and would explain how the 1st got wood sence aushra had it and not the SO6P the 1st got his power from aushra and madara got his from indra
