I’m so appreciative of all the beautiful birthday wishes!
I had a really wonderful birthday. Special moments hiking and gardening, and sweet time with my family and friends. Regional floodwaters have been slowly receding and we had a couple of amazing encounters with Nature (which you'll see in the video). That adds magic to the whole day. So I feel especially blessed.
And as wonderful as it was, mixed in there I could feel the intensity and pain crackling in the air from current and ongoing political and world events. I bet you may have been feeling it too. In some ways it feels to me like our collective field is on fire. I feel it in my body and emotions even when I’m trying to ignore it mentally.
I don't like feeling that hiding or being in constant fight-or-flight are my only options.
What if there’s a third way?
