For any people who come to visit NYC and MOST boroughs. If you order a bacon egg and cheese and you see the deli man cracking actual eggs and not using liquid eggs, you are in for a fucking fire sandwich. Still solid sandwiches with the liquid egg substitute but you only see delis using actual eggs for their breakfast sandwiches at a couple spots (usually high rated PACKED delis). Most bodega sandwiches (which tourist should definitely try out) gotta make BEC sandwiches all day so they use the quicker shit. Regardless tourists should try bodega and true bagel store sandwiches.
