New here to this website. Your projects are all so fetching. I used to go to Acorns and Threads when the original owner was is charge. I have several projects that I started but didn’t finish. I might have to start going again. 😍💞

I'd certainly encourage you to start again! So much to choose from now, you don't have to pick up the old projects unless you want to! Roz, the original owner, still comes in from time to time.

Your shop is fantastic! I love that Quaker House pattern, but have only been stitching a few years and I’m not familiar with any specialty stitches. Wishing you all happy birthdays. 🎂

Thank you! Turns out, it's all cross stitch! Once I actually looked at the pattern, there's no specialty stitches. And they arent' hard, you just need to have a good stitch book or find a good video to follow. It can make a nice break from just X's.

Yay for finishes...until this year, I was lucky to get 2 finishes a year😊 Yours looks beautiful Jeannine!! 🥳Big birthdays this year!! I too have a big one ending in 0 in August🥳 I love all of your starts. The expansion is AMAZING!!! I can’t wait to see it.

That first finish that you showed “acorns”, on the house, did you do one “X” at a time to get that variegated finish. That finish is just beautiful. 🪡✂️

Do you still have classes or groups that sew on a regular basis at the shop? What is the parking situation?

We have outdoor stitching on the "patio" in front of the shop on Saturdays, weather permitting! I'm hoping to start inside stitching up this fall. It'll be announced in the newsletter and posted on the website when that happens. The parking lot is good size, no changes to it! Thanks for watching and checking on our stitch groups!
