Happy birthday Meg - you're so young!!! I also celebrated my birthday this month( April 19th) and turned 28. I started out at 50 mg of gel for 3 months and switched to 80 mg since I wasn't seeing any changes and finally starting to see some!

hey meg! it's so great to hear from another nonbinary person on low dose t! i really feel all of the things you said about body image and listening to your body. i truly believe that if people looked inwards and tried to listen to what would make themselves feel personally better, they would be able to feel better! your positivity is a voice i needed rn

I'm also on low dose T and been making monthly updates since there's not much out there. Ive been using my iPhone as a camera the quality of sound and lighting is great and use a free video editing program on my laptop its simple and nothing fancy but it suffices.

hi! thank you for your comment! i agree, i hope that people learn to listen to their body’s needs/wants. it’s difficult with societal norms, expectations, and toxic diet culture. really awesome to hear your thoughts!! i just use my iphone (iphone 11 pro) and i sit in front on my window. nothing special! i then edit it in imovie! i look forward to seeing your videos!
