Perseverance was one I wanted and is all around great. I called brewmaster a dud in the sense that for what I want to build I just wouldn’t use it. Brewmaster is a cool perk that has potency. I didn’t mean for it to come off that way and think it’s actually underrated if anything. I might try out buffstacking to the max (have access to bsb, power of sac, boc, smite, shadow touch & ignite right now) but honestly it’s just not my preferred play-style.

I do find it odd that power of sacrifice counts as “incoming” damage. But I tested it in-game, and though the spell cast cost is unaffected, the 3 damage is taken off of the curses damage. Not fully because of your magic power bonus but it does work.

@@FearandLoathinq POS has 0 scaling so MPB wouldn't have an effect.

@@koreyardoin3695 Interesting. I just tested and you still take some damage on base kit. the equation can't be 3-3=0 so I assumed mpb. I take 1~ dmg/sec.

Well wipe is early June and they made it way easier to hit lvl 30 so hopefully you’ll get the chance. And yeah that first fight kind of blew my mind.

You feel like you are missing out, but you aren't. Just rerolled my perks for the 3rd time on my cleric (they updated so we can reroll learning tokens on mon/wed/fri/sat. 2nd reroll, first was earlier before the changes, I have yet to get both the warlock curse of pain + healing perk both amongst my 10 rolls, all 3 times (first time, + 2 rerolls). If you don't get lucky rng, you are getting shit on my tthose that do, for several days. You aren't missing out. If you think so, do your "rolls" and then come back and comment. XD If you got lucky great, but rng is rng, so a majority of players WON'T get what they want. Imagine leveling thru this patch, against multiclass BS, then rolling 10 perks, getting dogshit, then waiting a handful of days to do it again, while those that got lucky get to sit on their perks for however long this shit gamemode is around. SDF selling accounts, 100%. It's some nostalrius BS (classic wow server where devs where being shady af behind closed doors). These devs make more money of the illicit shit than running a good game, 1000%. I would bet my life SDF is crooked. It's the only way that making such stupid decisions despite the fact 99% see them as stupid, can still happen. The devs aren't that stupid, they are just crooked at this point.

@@tj8606 just because you dont roll what you want doesnt mean your useless unless your just doo doo at the game im sure a good player can shit on you with completely randomized spell and perks and all can be the worst ones with no synergy, you sound more frustrated at your self for being bad hence is the case with 95% of the crying, my bard didn't get what i wanted so i played with what i got backstep my other char got what i want and i had as much fun play with stuff i didn't want and stuff i did, the dev told you they want you to break the game this is obviously info gatering for them but you and all the clowns have to make it about you

Yes and no. In theory it’s 20 percent with decay and if I have mobs it stays there from torture mastery. Also can overheal an ally with lesser heal. But yeah in practice I found that I actually like shadow touch with the Kris dagger overall more. If I also had went for sanctuary in trios it has more to offer. It’s okay. I do usually keep a mob or two around if possible on torture builds when possible even without overheal. Not necessary for the build and yes, it can just be worse than robust.

Movement speed. I run occultist hoods too depending on my goals. Mask feels better in normals imo. Everyone has movement abilities right now tho.

and he excluded the clips of him dying to ambush/x-bow in norms (1 shot to the head, 90% roughly to the body in norms). He did leave in the part where he got smoked by 2 bats tho.

​@tj8606 I literally haven't been killed by the xbox/ambush combo yet, it's not as common on some servers lmao. Everyone's running fighter/Barb on my server.

@@damoncorby7816 Lots of sprint barbs, its def very strong. Ambush crossbow is more common in normals. My friends and I warm up in norms, then go to HR right after with the gear we find in a normal first. In norms, its ALOT more common, as the xbow build 1shots in white/grey lobbies, but not in HR based on the PDR you build. HR is more casters and barbs, you are correct with that. But the xbow build is still cancer, getting 1 shot or damn near, with zero counterplay, is UNHEALTHLY. Imagine playing a 15-20 minute match, longer if you go to inferno, to get 1 shot from full hp with zero counterplay.

Also anyone "enjoying" this patch, won't reroll their perks. Period. It's a bad system that rewards rng, not skill. If you did NOT hit your rerolls on Monday (after the update), how many kept leveling, vs waiting until Wednesday reset? After 10 tokens 3 times on my cleric, rerolling lock perks, unable to secure a simple 2 things i want ALL THREE TIMES, I haven't qued a game since. Not a single of my 4 firends is playing anymore. All 4 got on and rolled their perks, laughed, then logged off. Not to mention getting greens on the leveling tokens (cant believe anything below purple is even on the roll table after 5 levels PER TOKEN). Leveling up 5 levels in this meta, to get a one time token, for a green wind locket +3 armor main stat, is absolutely insulting.

I’m not sure if you don’t know how it works with torture mastery, or don’t understand perseverance negates the damage from it. But it is a must have tbh.
