When they dont have menu and list price u can ask them 1st before u want make order to makesure/ confirm the price .

once a while you can try with your hand.dun worry about the roper technique to use it..ask local..insyallah they teach you,,,when you use your hand to eat,,you can eel the full of taste inside the local food..each shop provide basin and sopa to wash the hand..dont worry..try to enjoy it..
