Biscoff Banana Pudding Recipe:
· 2 cups of whole milk
· 1 can of condensed milk
· 2 boxes of Biscoff Cookies
· 1 tbs of Pure Vanilla Extract
· 1 5oz box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
· 1 8oz Cream Cheese (soften)
· 2 8oz of Extra Creamy Cool Whip
· 1 tsp of Cinnamon
· 2 Large Bananas (sliced)
. Caramel
*In a large bowl; mix whole milk and vanilla pudding with a hand mixer. In a separate large bowl; mix cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla & cinnamon until smooth with a hand mixer. Add pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture and mix with a hand mixer. Then add in cool whip and fold in with a spatula.
*Layer the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish with cookies. Top cookies with sliced bananas. Top cookies and bananas with cream mixture. Top cream mixture with bananas, drizzle some caramel & then top with cookies. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge. Plate, serve & enjoy!
