Bismillah Biryani is a renowned biryani joint in Karachi, boasting four branches across the city. However, the one in Shah Faisal Colony holds a special place, having been dishing out their special biryani for an impressive 45 years.
What sets Bismillah Biryani apart from the crowd is the distinctive way they prepare their biryani. Unlike the more traditional Karachi biryani, which is already well-loved, Bismillah Biryani takes a different approach. They use "Yakhni" in their biryani, and the result is nothing short of fantastic.
