Yeah, I love these powerforces (the 10 amp ones), but one issue it that doesn't the belt or motor burn easily on these?

My grandpa has one of these the exact same color dark blue and it's a Bissell power force bagless but it's the 10 amps I think

Please don't destroy that Hoover Runabout unless you bought it beaten up and in poor condition. If you have to beat it up to start it, I want you to destroy it. If it works fine, please don't destroy it.

It pretty rough. Been outside for a long while. It’s got a very quiet motor though.

Check the motor and the housing. If it looks beaten up, destroy it. If it looks fine, leave it alone. You should go to ebay and buy a used hoover that is not nasty. It will last you decades before it dies. If they are beaten up, destroy them. Look for another beaten-up 103 hand vac. Destroy it and video it. Buy one that is near mint-condition and has had light use. Use that one to clean your car or stairs.
