The lack of drama is why I’m attracted to the show they actually show you how to build a car and what it takes their engineers and fabricators are some of the best in the world that’s what makes the show as good as it is can’t wait for new episodes.

I would personally agree with that, I am turned off by all the drama, but I am an automotive restorer myself and have never cared much for drama and drama queens. However I have noticed especially as a schoolteacher that most people seem to really like drama in their lives or are entertained by watching it in other peoples lives. I don’t understand why but it is an observation that I have made.

Those who appreciate cars love this show for what it is(world class automotive fabrication and creation), and for what it's not(scripted fake drama and other unnecessary trivial bullshit!)! Quality NEVER goes out of style! So, this show has many seasons left! Long live Bitchin' Rides!

The price a customer pays for his/her Bitchin Ride is rarely if ever discussed in front of the camera. As a long time shop owner I can tell you Dave's margins have to be substantial to cover his overhead plus make a nice living for himself. His employee talent is top range and must be well paid to stay with him. With 100s of 1000s $$ of tools and equip Dave's monthly nut must be a ton. I love the comical comradery as much as the build itself, the different mechanics have different comical sides to them but it all works so well. I don't believe that it is 100% unscripted because they occasionally do a look back show that focused on a customer of an Orange pickup truck that couldn't get his lines right and had to be reshot several times.

It's dedication, and love that keeps me going and I see that in everyone in the Bitchin' Rides Series! All the guys share their knowledge, and secrets with each other in a heartbeat and that makes for a Great Team! I love the show and hope it continues to flourish with new ideas, and the camaraderie never ends. Last year some friends and myself rode our Harleys to Sturgis and on our way back to the Bay Area, my best friend and I headed towards Salt Lake City to check out Kindigit Designs. Didn't see any of the guys that we wanted to see but, did get to photograph some of the cars there and buy a bunch of "T" Shirts! Lol! If this show fails, so be it. Kindig It Designs builds the best possible custom cars. Their fabrication skills are second to none.

Yo Dave , keep it up ! There is no need for extra drama. If you have ever built a car , there is enough drama to put it together nicely , no need for that other bs. Hope to watch you all for a long time coming. Ride on !!!

I absorb each and every episode as a reminder and testament to the quality of fabrication and detailed workmanship. Especially I refer to, Walt's designing, fabricating-building (there is a distinction between the two words, believe me I know) of this trucks metal Convertible top. Walt is a master in design, engineering, and fabrication. That's why I watch the show is for it's craftsman at work. Secondly, I am amazed how Dave can find customers (these days) who can afford what it costs to have these craftsman work on there cars. Having been in the business in California for years during the "best years" of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and into the 2000, seeing the best builders reduce their business because there isn't enough customers to pay what it costs these days to build the type of car I see being built by Kindig is remarkable. Thanks for reading my contribution.

I appreciate there is no manufactured drama. Kendig-it makes outstanding vehicles out of "not so much." I probably couldn't afford to put a foot into the shop for a Kendig-it makeover, but I enjoy watching the process. Keep up the good work.

I firmly believe this is the best car show on T.V. bar non. And the main reason is because it isn’t full if scripted phoniness as well as it stays true to the work they do which is truly Bitchin’ . I have been a body man all my life, from when I was 14 and I am 67 now. I know what it takes to do the quality work Dave and his minions do. And it ain’t easy my friend. I will continue to watch Bitchin’ rides as long as they are on T.V.. And I truly hope that it will be for a long long time. Keep up the good work Dave and we here in Canada salute you and your crew. So keep up the Bitchin good work.

I love this show because it is real and I personally helped take a very large industrial welding, machine shop, large electric motor repair and manufacturing shop that was in poor shape and with my great talented crew and 30 years took it to one of the premier large shops in the country and did work around the world. We ended up fixing and building hydro generators from the ground up including take down and assembly ( our company however had large design, engineering and manufacturing for almost everything and supplied a lot of backing when we needed it and they were around since early1900's) We did how ever make our facility top in quality, innovation, safety and a crew that was the best and we could do anything, anytime for our customers. This is why it is so good to see a family of workers that can and will do anything with number one focused on quality, safety, hard work and ever one works as a team and they are all a part of it, not just employees. Did you notice they almost always enjoy their work no matter if something goes bad sometimes or not. I love what they have done and have such great ethics. It looks like a repeat of what we did and it shows the true American Spirit. Great show you guys, but not as great as you guys are! 👍
