Considering the potential impact that Bitcoin could have on how the world runs, I realize that we are still so early but not to long away for the world realizing the benefits. You need to rename this show. If someone is brand new to the space they'll be totally confused as to which Bitcoin is Bitcoin. BSV is not the "bitcoin" referenced in this show.

Great pod as usual! Appreciate the short discussion towards the end about alt coins - and how tragic it is that there are so many brilliant people who all care about the same things bitcoiners do, siloed off. Its such a bizarre and frustrating thing to watch episode after episode of bitcoin maxis view their challenges as completely their own, convinced the best strategy is to ignore all the serious attempts to solve the same problems because the waters are so muddied with blatent/obvious shitcoinery. So much time and money wasted because its apparently too difficult for most busy people to determine which alts are carrying the same flag as bitcoiners. It's not 0.

Satoshi didn't come up with the fixed supply. It came later in BIP 42 by another developer

Satoshi had the fixed supply in place when he launched the genesis block. bip 42 just fixed the way it was coded up.

No no, satoshi created bitcoin with intended fixed supply of under 21m. Bip 42 just fixes a bug that would have reset the coinbase to 50 unintentionally.

Very, very unfortunate title choice...despite the wonderful spectacle of CSW being absolutely decimated by Judge Mellor in court today, this phrase still feels pretty toxic. It will take a while to cleanse this word combination from the association with faketoshi/Ayre and their cultists. Maybe it is just part of your own healing process to try to reclaim these words and twist the knife a bit on BSVers, but it still may just make many want just skip the video in disgust, which is unfortunate for Dhruv Bansal
