Biting the Bullitt!!! Over the Guard-Rail and Into the Woods to Da Dada Dada

A rather tricky situation for me to figure out with a rare Ford Mustang Bullitt edition that ended up in the woods on the opposite side of a guard rail on a dark, rainy night. All I had to work with was the our Peterbilt rollback unit #15 with a Miller Industries Century LCG 12 bed and a home-made side puller. No injuries other than the car, the guard-rail, and a few trees. Got to love the guy that wrecks his special car and then immediately has to tell Ron “It’s a Bullitt” like he expects Ron to wreck it more than it already is. Apparently he hasn’t seen the care and methodical nature Ron puts into his work.

Ron, I couldn't help but chuckle when you were thanking everyone for helping. Just having that one firefighter tend your tripod light and keeping the area lit was a really big help. Keep up the good work.

It’s great seeing all of those First Responders work with you to ensure everyone’s safety. It pays off that you train with them so much and so often.

You nailed it Ron with "We are all out here risking out lives for this." Few of those zooming by have any idea how dangerous it is to be working highway incidents.

I love seeing how you all work with each other as a team. Troopers are like " we can do what ever you say, its your show." And the FD dose the little things like setting up your light and moving it along with the car. Or help picking up parts of the car... I love the respect and trust you all have for each others as first responders.

Great extraction Ron! Sad to see a limited edition anything banged up like that, even if it is a Ford! LOL Stranger says to Ron "Hey, do you lift weights?" Ron says "Nope, I just carry chains, shackles, drag steel cables, pick up wheels and stuff, oh, and every once and a while, it's not uphill."
