Thank you so much Byahe ni Drew for visiting our lovely island. As one of the native of Bantayan, we are very proud of our very own dialect... Mabuhay Bantayanon... By the way Sta. Fe is not a barangay of Bantayan but a municipality in Bantayan Island.

Sana bumalik ang BND Team sa Bantayan Island ngayong summer para mas maipakita pa nla ang ganda nang isla. Sa sta fe lng kc sila, and sana mka punta sila sa Virgin Island across Sta Fe kasi sobrang ganda dun! White sand and crystal clear blue water, very tahimik din.

i been there with my family last july 23, 2018. we stayed at bantayan hut for 2 nights. such a nice place very relaxing. we visited the virgin island also very nice but pricey

Rommelie Zerrudo it was amazing. I'm heading back in a few weeks as well. A place called SeaView hotel Is really nice and pretty cheap. It's right in the center and close to everything.

Natawa ako kay nanay na nagtitinda ng puto balanghoy at proud narin as one of the locals dahil ginamit niya ang sarili naming dialect, not a cebuano but a bantayanon dialect.

*BULAD* is the Standard Cebuano word. LOL. It means "dried" as a noun, and "to dry" as a verb. Buwad or buyad are not standard. Those are dialectal shortened forms from Metro Cebu and Northern Cebu which do not pronounce the L sounds in between vowels. Like how you say "ba'y" instead of standard "balay", or "kabawo" instead of "kabalo".

well, it would be VERY HELPfull for those few BILLIONS of people in the world who do NOT speak your language, if you would talk ENGLISH! and why you did NOT mention, that there is also an AIRPLANE going from Cebu-Airport to Bantayan-Airport? you only need to know the phonenumber of the flight-schedule-office to arrange that easy 1 hour trip by airplane - saving 5 to 6 hours busride through Cebu and another hour ferryboat

+Tom Linson English is the official language for all authority belongings in Philippines!! and if anybody is working for TV - how much more he should be able to speak this world-wide-language. But if he's producing just for the neighbourhood - its up to him not to get any international audience!
