Dumaguete is not an island it's a city in Negros island. So Dumaguete is the city of gentle people.

Drew, correction, it’s “Lami gyud!” not “Namit gid!” cause we are bisaya speaking and not ilonggo speaking. Another delicious lechon that is located in Valencia is Valéchon. It’s delicious and crispy all day long. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I acknowledge that some versions do have soda , but I chose to use brown sugar or muscovado instead as I think it’s more traditional given that Negros used to be a top sugar producer. Ingredients are also based on memory as I grew up in Iloilo and frequently vacation in Negros as a child❤️ I think the different versions of our dishes makes Filipino cuisine very interesting.

Feature public places to go, instead of private properties, unless you getting paid to advertise. Your content covers probably 40 percent cooking. Concentrate on the beauty of the place you show casting, it’s more appealing.
