How anyone can live in that mess is beyond me. I’m guessing they were squatters? Your respectfulness and kindness to the previous owners is amazing. l Love the after! The windows and flooring is beautiful!!

Not only did you do an amazing job on this rehab, but you also did an amazing job of not disrespecting the previous owners...LOL. That place was a real mess!

You were too kind describing the previous owner as artistic. Wonderful clean up/remodel.
@rosehughes5992 жыл бұрын
I think your ability to see beyond the initial mess is a great strength of yours. Offering the clear out service must incur a lot of extra cost but I'm sure it helps make sellers choose to sell to you rather than anyone else.

Wow! How some people live and destroy a home!! You made it look so pretty!!! I am glad you did very well, you deserved it after having to clean up this mess!! 🤓

Lady, you really know what you’re doing and usually any kind of refurbishment is already night and day but I must say your styling is absolutely impeccable. Whatever the company (or if you’re doing with yourself ) make sure you continue on the same path because most of the time when I watch these kind of shows, Americans just love to use too much crap. Congratulations on fantastic profit and you truly deserve that

Wow, what a crazy place that you so dramatically turned into a gem. It's almost like they deconstructed their home just to challenge your seller's extra junk removal package. You must have had to show nothing on your face when you did the initial walk-through. So professional.

Maybe the people who lived there Knew the vents were disconnected and they were not getting air/heat and cut the holes where the "hot/cold" spots were? The rational answer would be to call an HVAC professional or handyman to come to fix it, but maybe they didn't know that was an option.

You were way too nice in your explanation of the previous owners filth. It looks like a dump erupted. Hopefully no rats or drug paraphernalia. You said they were “artistic “, my thought was hoarder. I laughed at the weirdness of the house and would have loved to seen your initial reaction. Beautiful renovation. Love it.

grand slam! congrats. how do you know if cabinets are able to be painted? is it a decade built thing or only condition. if the cabinets have some pitting and show some age can they be repaired beofre painting?
@TransformRealEstate2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! If the cabinets are 20-30 years old, they usually can be painted and look fine. If they are 50-60 years, they are probably too old to be painted. The cabinets as you mentioned could probably be refaced instead.
