Nobody cares about weed for the most part. Depends on the promoter. During the day, tourists toke up everywhere. Nobody's going to run you off for smoking, at most you're told to move away from children

I hate going to rock concerts always did only went to one in my life, the people are rude, dangerous idiots, most just go to get high and party they don't care about the music or the bands.
