I don’t even know where to begin with this battle except just saying a huge thank you to Robin for being an absolute joy of a human being to be around. From the times hanging out in hotel rooms sharing material, all the way to the moment we would use this material against each other on the big stage, he was incredibly kind and sweet, and his artistry inspired me on so many levels. To think my first major looping battle would be against somebody I’ve admired since 2017. This experience is something I will never EVER forget. Merci, Robin ❤️ Although not perfect, I’m proud of my performance and my tracks in this battle. Wow, this was so intense ^^ Congrats to BizKit, you're a beast, world top level, it was a huge pleasure to be against you, I have a lot of respect for you. I remember what I told in your ear just after the judges decision, something like "Now go win the whole thing", 👊❤. Merci BizKit I'm very happy with my rounds, of course I'll remember all my life the lights in the crowd during my second round "we drive alone", it's a very powerful feeling, that makes me want to come back on this incredible stage 👌 You may know there were a mistake on the calculation of the elimination ranks, I should not have battle Bizkit on the quarter finals but you know.. He still would have win the whole thing 🙂 Thank you also SBX, remember there is no GBB without them, remember if beatbox is this big, it's also because of them, let's keep grow together

Nah bro THIS IS THE best moment . Those tears from Bizkit and the respect between the two and how heartbroken everybody felt after Robin lost. Even tho Bizkit was overrall better in the battle and still went on to win the whole thing , everybody wanted to see more of him.. Gosh if only Robin was the one batteling Sxin we would've seen him battle Bizkit in the final

Just like Rythmind vs Brez, if not more actually, this round needed an over time concept , both artists are champion worthy!! It was at such a high level that this could have been a finals for itself!! Congratulations Bizkit and Robin, both of you are fucking legends

Agree, but the issue is that while it may be easier for Solo artists to freestyle an "extra" 1-minute or even 90 second round, most of these loopers are only coming in with 6 rounds in total (plus a 7th for Elimination). It's a lot harder to ask them to come in with one or two extra rounds for overtime.

@@ajesco that's true, they may have to implement a new concept itself, unlike the traditional overtime freestyle kind. I was thinking maybe what they did with Rthymind VS Fridon, where they had to do some a beat with pre done sounds, to make it even more fair they can be given the exact same beat or maybe tempo or something. This is just brainstorming there is probably a better concept then this as well, but to make things fair there should be an overtime tho.

For me, the best loopstation battle of the GBB 2021. Two artists with two different and unique musical styles, who gave it their all and delivered these incredible routines to try to reach the next round. The way they express themselves is what makes this battle on another level and unmatched. Robin making us cry with his rounds, pure art ❤️. BTW he was 3rd NOT 8th, so the battles should have been totally different. I hope sbx acknowledge this BIG mistake, could have been a complete different final, so it's important that something like that NEVER happen again, this is the one of the most (maybe the most) important beatbox event, a dummy mistake like that can't happen, i know they were overwhelmed those days and they will work for better events and also, sbx is an awesome platform, they have brought us amazing music of this art form, so i hope they can take the responsibility and improve themselves.

this has to be my favorite battle of all times, the energy at the stage and the crowd going wild, and instantly switching to a whole different vibe is something we just dont get to see every now and then, BizKit's beats and drops went crazy, and Robin's energy had me tearing my eyes, they deserved every single applause. Easily one of the best battles I have ever seen for loopstation. BizKit feels like a new school Saro, definitely underrated (compared to many big-name loopers) coming into this competition and then absolutely blowing everyone away. Killed both his rounds. Robin brought his KBB hits and performed them beautifully. Drive (2nd round) continues to be my favorite track from him of all time. Also, love the smile he gives when he sees the phone lights. This matchup is the closest you'll ever get, and I'm so happy I got to watch this. Big ups to both loopers, I hope this video does extremely well for them- they deserve every bit of it.

Robin‘s 2nd round was pure magic. I heard it 2 times before: At the KBB and in the GBB Livestream. So this is the 3rd time and it made me cry the 3rd time aswell. Wow! This was one of the best Loopbattles I‘ve ever seen so far. Give it up for those two heros!!!

I love both of these loopers SO much.... I'm extatic that Bizkit took it but so sad for Robin. AMAZING artists all around. Like, I get legit had chills from their beats. Here's to this year Bizkit and getting that title next year Robin. Phenomenal performances ❤️

This battle was incredible, the difference in styles, the crowd control, absolutely amazing!!! This was my favorite battle of the loop category in GBB21. Although BizKit was insane, Robin earned the win in my heart. Both loopers gave it their all!! Congrats to Bizkit!

omg just incredible, music to my ears, although Robin was incredible with his style of looping i think Bizkit definitely deserved the win. I was honestly hoping for Robin to throw some dnb on his second round it would have been totally unexpected and maybe just maybe helped him with points ! Ggs

Where do you even start with this battle. All in all for the first GBB being back in person this was the perfect example of why this needs to be done with a crowd. The love shown on stage for the craft and each other brings tears to my eyes. Absolute masterpieces by both.

First time I've ever watched a battle. Well done to both guys. No idea how robin didn't win with that last performance. That was an incredible piece of music, not just beatboxing. I couldn't imagine somebody could produce that in that way.

I just remember the moment when watching the livestream, where everybody turned on their lights on their phone and u could see how moved how touched Robin was when he looked up from his loopstation ♥️♥️ it was an amazing battle, so many emotion also from bizkit when he beat Robin 🙏🙏

Minha reação ao segundo Round do Robin: 12:00 - interessante 12:10 - Uau 12:20 - Que arrepio é esse? 12:37 - Por que ele só está aumentando? 12:50 - Por que meus olhos estão começando a ficar cheio de lágrimas? 13:15 a 13:35 - E só está aumentando... 13:36 - 14:31 - Não consigo mais segurar as lágrimas simplesmente estão saindo. 13:44 - O olhar de espanto de Robin ao ver o público em sintonia junto com ele foi a cereja do bolo 14:33 até o fim - Obra de arte, gritos saem a cada batida do drop, isso não é uma música é uma forma de sintonia com o universo. 14:39 - Até mesmo Saro, se rende a obra do Robin... Isso é surreal. 15:02 - Volto a realidade com a pergunta: "por que acabou?" 15:03 - Saro o Deus do Loopstation, nem ele conseguiu conter a emoção. Obrigado Robin, você pode não ter sido o vencedor, mas com certeza foi o maior artista Se essa edição fosse um filme seu segundo round com certeza seria a música dos créditos.

This battle is magic, pure emotions! 2 beast opposed in different genres, I love the expressiveness of every face in every shot, it perfectly communicates the feeling they are experiencing and not having been to Gbb it was like I was there, not to mention the public and the judges totally in trouble about choosing the winner, i think that all the world should see these epic moments and understand how much beautiful is this community. Total respect for Bizkit and Robin you both are winner for me 👑

I don't understand why Bazkit has relatively few views, for example compared to Saro. Everyone has their own taste, but Biskit's songs are works of art, I'm sure they will still be at the top of lists, he just needs to be reminded of himself!

What an unbelievable clash of styles, you could see in Bizkit's eyes ,when he is performing, he is hungry for the win. Whereas with Robin, his elegance, style and charisma are just one of a kind. One of the best loop battles of GBB21 🔥 Also the way Bizkit showed love and support for Robin after winning!! That's what the beatbox community is all about 💪
