He's singing about Eazy-E's wife, who took over the label after Easy passed. She wasn't passionate about music and she only wanted the money. BTNH aka Band Aid boys was stuck in the Ruthless Records label for all of their prime years because she didn't wanna release them so they could sign with another, more passionate, successful label. She just had no idea how to run a record label and a big reason Bone Thugs didn't go BIGGER as they supposed to. Bizzy Bone made a song to let her know. This is that song
