At the beginning of learning a language, depending of ur mother tongue and region, ppl might have really strong accents; little by little , by mirroring ppl start acquiring an received accent, but sometimes depending on your emotional state or going to your country, it all reverses.... sometimes ppl fluent in a FL have times of almost perfect grammar, vocabulary, accent, intonations, and suddenly it all reverse for some minutes
