what are you talking about? he was obviously very nervous plus he had to do his speech in english. so go figure.

TheEuzkatroika Iceland is not Scandinavia. But yeah, I can easily imagine that he would be too nervous to do the speech without notes, especially since his English is a little faltering (nothing bad with the language, you can just tell that he isn’t used to speaking it).
