Great job, Alex! So often instructors perform modified movements without actually showing what it would look like for less flexible people.

Great Video. These flow- movement videos are so useful especially if you are more elderly but they are invaluable to all ages wherever level of fitness. Thanks as always GMB. Always pushing the boundaries and succeeding.

I just watched Tom Merrick doing the same stretching exercise. I had no idea these are beneficial to bjj practitioners.

i have hurt my lower back using an ab roll our wheel, i could always get my nose to the floor but havent done it in 6 months, did 3 sets and felt fine but now i cant work out at all, should i be resting and do zero work outs or should i try to carefully modity workouts as i miss training. Its been 2 weeks so far and its only just getting better, all lower back and sometimes feel it in my hips

You should find someone to teach you how to use the ab roller correctly, but even before that, I'd recommend building your core stability with this: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gtJ0gciXxMDYo5c.html If you've been hurt for six months and aren't sure if you should be resting or working out, you should see a physical therapist or somebody in person who can help diagnose what's wrong. Because something definitely wrong if you're been in pain this long. Do not ignore it.

Hey I am really into GMB and improving mobility and resilience to injury, and I know you lived on Oahu awhile... is there a place to train BJJ that you can recommend?
