You said you want to be my internet Jiu Jitsu coach, thank you! I can not afford classes at the moment. I am a 49 year old white belt and I have had 6 to 8 classes then got injured and now I am doing physical therapy and I am ready to continue my Jiu Jitsu journey. If I had a Smarty2.0 and some mats, I could train a whole lot of this at home. I can not afford those either so I will stretch for now.

This is great instruction not just for tournaments, but a fundamental game plan for learning to roll in context. This is where the internet has value over a class format. So often at schools you drill the "move of the day" or 2 and then go roll live. For beginners the vale of videos like this show you not just moves and combinations of moves, but how you should be organizing your training and focusing on mastering high percentage fundamentals. Thank you for content and excellent instruction. People like you are what make this community amazing.
