The Supreme Court quashed the present system of appointment of Chief Election Commissioner and the election commissioners and ruled that a panel of Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India and the leader of opposition will make these appointments. This practice will be enforced until a law in this regard is made by the Parliament, Justice KM Joseph reading out the judgment said.

चुनाव आयोग के सिमित कार्य क्षेत्र है चुनाव आयोग केवल प्रत्यासीयो की लिस्ट तैयार करती है और प्रत्यासियो के लिए चुनाव चिन्ह का निर्धारित कर सकती है चुनाव आयोग अपने सिमित कार्य क्षेत्र के बाहर कार्य नही कर सकती ब्रेकडाउन है ।। इसलिए चुनाव अयोग किसी भी नेता के आरोप पर फैसला नही सुना सकती ।।

@@vaibhavprajapati7268 भाई जसे बाकी जगह committee है जिसमे CJI खुद gus जाते है और फिर opposition ke leder hai vase hi judge's ki appointment me bhi पीएम और लीडर ऑफ ऑपोसिशन को लाना चाहिए। कॉलेजियम सिस्टम बदलना चाहिए। Constitution me iska provision nhi hai. Ye practice 1993 se suru huye ha. Judge's appointment free n fair hona chahiye.

I think that the Supreme Court of India should suggest names for panel of the Election Commission of India and the President of India should choose names of list of suggested names by the Supreme Court of India. Same procedure should apply in state.

Good step by Supreme court,now Supreme court also remove Collegium system.. Lower judiciary se sayad he koi Supreme court mein Judge ban patta hai

यही प्रक्रिया उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायधीश के लिए क्यों नहीं होना चाहिए । क्या मुख्य न्यायधीश विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कर सकता कोई न्यायाधीश। मैं समझता हूं ये सब कांग्रेस को येन केन प्रकार सत्ता में लाने का अंतिम प्रयास है।उच्च तम न्यायालय किसी के भी प्रति जवाब देह नहीं है और सारी शक्तियां खुद में केंद्रित कर रहा है। जब कि न्यायाधीशों का संदिध व्यवहार सामने आ चुका है।

@@Ankitsingh-jg4tb जी बडी शिद्दत से कॉन्ग्रेस को लाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया जा रहा है और ये उसका एक रूप है। उच्च तम न्यायालय को सरकार की वित्तीय नीतियों रक्षा नीतियों और नियुक्तियों में इतनी जिज्ञासा क्यों है। अब तो सत्ता न्यायाधीश को ही मान लिया जाए। क्या सत्ता परिवर्तन का अंतिम विकल्प सेना ही रह जायेगी और उच्चतम न्यायालय को क्रूर रक्त पात से ही नियंत्रित किया जा सकेगा।

देश के सभी सदनों के विपक्षी नेताओ को एकसाथ इस्तीफ़ा देकर झूठ/ तानाशाह के ख़िलाफ़ एक मिसाल देना चाहिये जिसकी अतिआवश्यकता है वर्ना २०२४ में ईवीएम, सीबीआई और ईडी की सहायता से चुनावी प्रक्रिया को ही ख़त्म किया जा सकता है।👏🏻🙏

CJI साहब,अब इस देश में न तो संसद की जरूरत है और न ही चुनाव की। बेहतर होगा कि आप ही अपने मुताबिक देश में प्रधानमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष की नियुक्ति कर दिया करें।

The Supreme Court is the real guardian of the Constitution, this came to the fore during the tenure of Honorable Chief Justice . BJP has won many elections within the constitutional framework, it has no problem. But the impartiality of the constitutional institutions must be maintained.
