Speaking at the Idea Exchange organized by The Indian Express, Trinamool Congress poll strategist Prashant Kishor said that if the BJP won the Bengal elections then India will take a decisive step towards establishing ‘One Nation One Party’ phenomenon. Kishor added that he found the BJP’s dominance of public mindspace problematic. He said that the BJP doesn’t just stop at asking for votes, it wants to interfere with people's lives too, in terms of what they wear, eat or who they socialize with.

I am sorry to admit even I voted Modi in 2014. Back then, many non-communal ppl also supported him. But Kishore is not blind to not see what Modi is doing to this country..

This is a country which fought for our freedom and got it but, we are still fighting inside us because of the religion and politics we have created. Scholarship for girl child 2. 500/1000 for every family, money given to the women 3. 8 times increase in MSME 4. Maa canteen 5. Swastho Sati Card- 5lakh per year health card for secondary and tertiary operations 6. 6000/12000 to farmers every year 7. Sobuj Sati - free cycles (also books, dress,other basic things) for students of 9 8. 10,000 to buy smart phone after reaching class 12 9. When she first came to power in 2011,the state had 92,000 km of road ,now it's 312,000km.(increase of around 244%) 10. Free ration 11. Helping those who need money for marriages 12. Helping those who need money for proper funerals There are many more things but the video ended so next time.

Inflation is in control since it hasn't crossed 5%in the last 6years that's after 2015. NRC was bought to wipe out the infiltrators. One nation one ration scheme which would be useful for the immigrant workers working ina different state. OBC commision was given recognition in BJP rule that's in 2016. Etc etc......

The inflation is significantly high in Food and Energy sector and India saw highest inflation in Food and Energy Commodities in 2020. I agree about NRC and One nation One ration but there are lots of example about schemes brought by Congs and UPA. How is Modi doing any different?

@@avigs8627 I know you would say something like that and laugh (very usual) but have you heard of any major corruption scam done by BJP? Rafael was a bogus allegation as per the judgement of SC. Other than that, no main political leader was caught in any major corruption charges. This means that BJP has a very well regulated internal checking of MPs and MLAs. That is why I said that. Name a better party and I will stop voting BJP.

@@shashwattripathi8997 who will guard the guardian? Have you heard that line ? No? Who will complain ? Sold out media? CAG? Filed 75% less reports on the present govt than the previous. CBI? Whose director was replaced in an unprecedented midnight raid? EC ? Ask oh Lavasa wife was hounded to the level where he resign d just before assuming the EC top position? Supreme Court? The ex Chief Justice is a sitting Member of BJP Rajya Sabha? RBI. Two governors resigned and one history major gave Govt 1.76 lakh crore. Who is left to complain? No one. Open your eyes mate. If they are buying MLAs how are they getting that money ? Absence of evidence is not proof of innocence.
