Also The best public school in the country is actually Corona Centennial (Cali). Californias Trinity is the SEC of high school football. Yup Cals reach is unreal....he even recruits the outer islands. Its not an official thing where the principal and AD are out scouting, its the Coaches and assistant coaches as well as alumni and parents that are doing everything behind the scenes. My brother was not only scouted by an assistant coach and other St. Louis parents to play at St. Louis, they also advised us to hold him back a year so that he will be more physically developed, he graduated from St. Louis as a 19yr old, just like Tua Tagovailoa and many others.

These big names schools dont wanna play St. Louis, but will always play other lesser teams from HI like Kahuku or Mililani (No disrespect to them, but St. Louis has been the clear best team in the state for the past couple years). @@t1rasta54 - I watched the whole game. Bosco should've gotten more penalities bcuz of all the holding from the offensive line. Mililani did a good job for #3 public school in Hawaii. Mililanis run defense was great and too physical, Bosco was getting hit the entire game and could only move the ball through the air.

Bishop Gorman DESTROYED the #3 school in Texas at the time in Cedar Hill. That Bishop Gorman team was filled with transfers from Hawaii. Texas teams are good but Cali are the only undisputed KINGS of Prep Football.

Gorman is 1-1 against Texas teams. They beat Cedar Hill 44-14 But got beat by Gilmer 56-14. Cedar Hill went 11-3 lost in 6a playoffs to Desoto in 4th round. Gilmer went 10-1 lost in 4a playoffs first round. So Gorman has split with Texas teams. Gorman has gone 2-1 against St Louis. It's all a moot point since these teams don't play each other every year. Hawaii has produced some good college Qbs but there is no real fair comparison to Cali, Florida, Georgia, or Texas as far as overall number of high profile players.
