YO’ represents hunger ‘YEAH’ represents content Its even as simple as every day convos, when a person says yo to someone its like an introduction, they try to grab your attention. They feel their presence is not felt. Somewhat of a stressed type of word. When the other person responds ‘Yeah’ it solidifies that they are about x been around and just a lot more satisfied. More of a relaxed type of word. A lot more comfortability.

He stood out cause he’s smart. He embraces himself. So many people talk as if they’re “real” and all this. Probably like 1% of people are real. I’m not myself sometimes, I won’t say a joke in case it’s not funny or offensive, I’ll overthink a reply. But this guy just says what he thinks. That’s why he’s different. You get what your given, and as he says it’s not easy to do. But once you realise it’s good for you, you’ll never stop being yourself.

I honestly believe that JME was the catalyst to the 2nd wave of grime that occurred in 2013 .. The reason I say that, is because even though German Whip was Meridian Dan's song, JME was the only grime artist who I noticed (along with Wiley) that was still consistent with grime after 2010 (commercial era). I used to listen to JME's "Blam!" album & Wiley's "100% Publishing" .. then all of a sudden, couple years later I'm surprised that 18-year olds knew who they were.

Nah, real reason why grime gained a second wave was because of midlands and up north, their yutes discovered grime for the first time in that time period youve listed and were hungry for it, they went online and found a world of grime that we already had here in London and moved on from. Grime gained a second wave because of midlands and northern grassroots interest. Londoner saying that and big narsty stated the same thing. Not saying your wrong but this brum guys really went in with grime when they had the ball. Best wave of grime is London but midlands and northerners really did their thing
