When people don't match that image, we get disturbed. We need to detach from these images so that we move from expectations to acceptance, hurt to healing, and anger to compassion.

It was so honest on the part of our Beloved sister to narrate the incident on the show, in which someone was disappointed with our sister’s transparent communication about her inability to meet her! We keep expectations in relationships friends children siblings etc. Let's stop having this image of attachment as it turns out to be sour. Why to hurt our selves?
