Good Interview.. but I disagree with both of them at the end about "investing". Cars are a terrible investment, the value of a new vehicle drops tremendously when you drive it off the lot. Jewelry is usually a good investment, especially gold chains; and plain diamonds. Unless you start buying colored diamonds, or customizing watch faces; jewelry doesn't lose value. Houses/Land rarely lose value, unless you completely destroy them. Considering their is only so much land on earth, and the population is constantly growing; the value of land will constantly rise.
