Colors used in this painting:
- Titanium White by Amsterdam Acrylics
- Old Gold by Artis's Loft
- Oxide Black by Amsterdam Acrylics
All the colors are mixed with water only to a fluid consistency.
Acrylic paints mixed with water (35-45% water) until achieving a thin consistency.

Really awesome work! Are you near Denver? I am wondering how this might look on a 2’x4’white Mango wood wall decoration with engraved sculptured leaf scrolls and flowers. It has 1x2” border frame on backside. Plan is to use it on 2”x16”x96”lowered ceiling having a darker taupe shade Venetian plaster finish above breakfast bar. Will drill holes for 2 hanging farmhouse dome oil rubbed bronze pendants approximately 42” apart. It will need overhang 4” on either side of 16” lower ceiling portion. Not sure whether leave border frame lifting it off ceiling or cut center 16” from each end so it lays flush. This allows 24” on each end of the Venetian plastered portion to be exposed. Question- sure will appreciate suggestions concerning how to go about about painting/highlighting the scrolls/flowers utilizing metallic glazes or waxes. The plaster aspect will have 2-3 shades creme to dark taupe/bronze. Unfortunately I’m not an artist. Finally cutting out ends so not raised thought of using Dermal carefully cutting remainder of border frame off then carefully around outside edges of scrolls/flowers so appearing free floating off original popcorn textured ceiling that the lowered portion is on. Hadn’t intended so much info but there it is open for constructive input 🙏🏻.

This is really beautiful! I've tried this technique with a regular hair dryer & diffuser but it didn't have the force I needed. What kind of blow dryer are you using?

Hello :) thanks for your comment. I am using Revlon Perfect Heat traveler hairdryer 1875W. It has only 2 setting high and low. I use it on High and click the cooling button which lowers the speed and gives me a medium speed blow :) Hope that helps ;)
