I am 65 years old and have never lived without a cat. All have been big personalities, but the black cats have that extra something. Above all, they are genuinely sweet, the one currently lying in my lap often shows clear signs of empathy - which must be unique.

We just adopted one 2 weeks ago. She chose us 😻 She is so funny, loves cuddles, to eat, and used the “poopie tray” straight away! Loves to play, like hide & seek etc. She’s only 10 weeks old, but knows the rules already 😂😹! 🙏🏼 from NZ

I had fostered a family (4 kittens & a mom) of black cats & they were the absolute best cats ever!! I have owned 2-3 female cats for over 50 years but that family was so special! After all my girls went over the Rainbow Bridge I decided that my next cat HAS TO BE A BLACK male. At a shelter I found a bonded set of Tuxedo boys, almost a year old who were hard to adopt out. I snapped them up right away. It's been a year & they have made me so happy with their wonderful personalities. 🥰😻😸
