I half felt sorry for the guy in the video in the beginning but at some point you see that he realises how unjust the situation is. He had a chance to rise above and call out his boss for discrimination. Maybe he was struggling and needed his job but he chose his job over morality and that’s why he’s fired. For such reasons, high-end places are preferable since they have dress code. It is their business, their policy. This diner did not however enforce it in a fair manner.

I understand her frustration but it is their code and the only thing she could have achieved was them apologising for not throwing out the white kid. I think the mall situation is a lot worse.
