There's been sightings of them in Birmingham, England a few hours from where I live. And they live in a wood, apparently they were murder victims from a few years ago. There's a group of them. They don't do anything the just stand there and stare. And if you look at them and try to help them, thinking they are little kids, because the children that were murdered were aged 5-8, they will run at you screaming and then disappear through you. Another sighting was in an old pub and she was in the window and then left, maybe the owner of the pub let her in?

I think the alien theory about the black eyed children make sense. I mean, the greys have black almond shaped eyes, so why couldn't these so called black eyed kids actually be aliens? I once had a encounter with a black eyed child...I was home alone and was getting ready to leave to go to my friends house when I heard a knock at the door. So being a 15 year old I was curious and opened the door and saw two little 11 year old children. They both asked two different questions they said their mom would come get them from my house. And I asked them how their mom knew where I was and they completely ignored me...I lost track of time and it turned out to be 10:12 and I had just sat there staring at them...they asked to use my phone and I said no...they started to raise their voices and I said no again then they started to like control my actions and the other one wanted to use my bathroom and I said no and I closed the door...them I started to grab my keys to go and then I heard a knock at the BACK door and I was smart enough to not open the door then I used my phone to call my friend and come and pick me up...then he starts telling me about how 2 kids came up to his car and asked for a ride to the nearest gas station and he said no and they yelled at him too and he drove away and came and picked me up. To this day I still am scared of black eyed children..
