@@Shekumanstravel and if you don't know, *KODAM* is an abbreviation for _Komando Daerah Militer_ or "Military Regional Command" in English. it's a low rate to zero crime area (except when the criminal themselves is a military personnel). that's why the whole space was laden by vendors and hawkers. they feel safe run a business there.

Most of indonesian food is spicy, but if u want sweet one. I think you should try go to central java. Surakarta. In central java almost all of the food is sweet. Even the main dish too
