This was AMAZING to watch! Table Reads are fun & it gives writers/directors a chance to hear the work out loud... I understand table read & I love them... That’s where the start a new family begins, meeting new actors & actresses, getting to characters & the storyline of a script! #TableReadsAreNeeded

I’ve been binging on this whole show just in case there are any episodes that I’ve missed. I saw 👀 this episode thee other day. It was so AWESOME to SEE & HEAR it played out in this fashion. I absolutely LOVED it. YOU ALL ARE A PHENOMENAL CAST. I LOVE HOW YOU VIBE WITH EACH OTHER.

This was one of my favorite episodes as it reminds me of the episode for the iconic classic family comedy "The Cosby Show" when the character Rudy got her first period. I see the juxtaposition and I love they reach back that thread that show with some episodes of "Blackish". #legacybuilding

What's the reason for a table read? Is it like rehearsal B4 actual filming of the episode? If so then y the audience? Shouldn't they be waiting for the episode to air like everyone else?

Michelle Woods its to hear the script aloud to see how the scenes play out and if any dialogue changes need to be made.

Table reads 99% of the time are not done for the public but sometimes it happens.
