I'm not sure if her words were spoken out of excitement or if that's just her usual way. Please don't misunderstand me, but it seems like the Chinese people in the city you visited were quite welcoming and accepting of you, despite the differences in skin color. It's surprising because, often, when many of them come to Africa, they treat Africans as if they are second-class citizens and unfairly assume they are more primitive, which isn't the case at all. I'm aware that there are some genuinely good individuals among them, but from my observations, the majority of those who come to do business in Africa don't treat our brothers and sisters well.
