@@silvabakx6396 the media and the news wants to make me feel like everyone hates Asians right now but that’s honestly just not my reality. I’m sure that some of these attacks are racially motivated but I just don’t think it’s only happening to Asians. Racism effects all demographics.. especially when you’re the minority within the population. Even white peoples experience racism. The most important race is the human race. And I agree back home in LA people seem to get along just fine. We are all ONE.

He had a gift man. Language is truly the barrier than can unite or divide us all. It meant the world to so many people that someone different dared to talk to them in their native tongue. It really is an ultimate sign of respect. Can't believe the brotha isn't here anymore. It's wild, never met him, but he had a profound impact on me with how he shared his gift.

Very good. Its great to see another person speaking another cultures language. I am black and my daughter speaks fluent Fluent French and Spanish. My son speaks Japanese to some extent. I speak fluent in Spanish and learning Tagalog. When you speak another cultures language, you are respected a lot more. Americans want everybody to speak English. But they don't want to learn another language. Thats kinda sad.

@@Matro97 Well it depends. There are millions of Chinese people and speakers in the USA, so depends on where you live. Some neighborhoods are more Chinese than anything else, same as some areas in USA are more Spanish speakers and signs and everything all in Spanish like where I live in Florida. So I am fluent in Spanish, it is necessary to live here. Also more and more Chinese students keep coming over too, my neighborhood has a ton of Chinese students/families now, all within the last 5-7 years, now Chinese shops have opened up, groceries and many more authentic restaurants around here, sio if I knew CHinese it'd be awesome here in my area in USA.

Your Thai is getting so much better! I'm Thai and past videos where you spoke Thai were a little hard to listen to because it seems like naturally your brain attaches a more Chinese accent when speaking other languages. It doesn't work well with Thai since Chinese sounds a little more quick & sharp. Thai is definitely more elongated in the pronunciations so it's actually better/more authentic when you slow it down and really try to get your words out. Keep it up!

You seem to go for "moreover" every time since that's like your line. But a lot of the time "also", "in addition", or a simple "and" would probably flow nicer. Not that I'm a language expert, but it's just something I thought was peculiar. This Thai guy had no idea what moreover even is as the english word lol. In any case love the videos, this work is so important and is very awesome to see every time. Much love.
