When I get a new clipper or trimmer I always add a small about of Super Lube multi purpose synthetic grease to the cam follower and they will last SO MUCH LONGER!!!

i think you mentioned somewhere that you put a gold fx trimmer blade on the suprent trimmer, so i’m guessing the chameleon fx trimmer blade will also fit on the trimmer? 5:37

also, should i switch the plastic cam follower on the chameleon blade with the suprent cam follower if i want to maintain the “quietness” of the stock setup? thanx, appreciate your videos😊

Wow so i change my Wahl blade onto the Suprent aswell right? and what about the Trimmer which brand blade can they use?

It’s a little tougher on that. You can remove the blade block and put it on a similar style blade like the goldfx. But it’s so quiet that I doubt I will

When I took apart that green suprent blade I noticed it’s similar to a mim blade by babyliss with the oil reservoir indentations

also if you unscrew the lever slightly it will become a free floating lever like a wahl

Same mold/ shell/ casing. Different motor and doesn’t have the detachable blade function

@@thewoodshedbarber I literally own both the trimmer and the clipper, it’s the exact same, metal housing/ brushless powerful motor / clicks that move between clicks and detachable head/ trimmer is also metal body and brushless motor that fits babyliss blades if you use the back bracket and both are the quietest clippers/trimmers I own
