Excuse me Mr Veteran from the U.S. Merk. Here's a good idea for a video. It's to do with the question about attachments. Choose an older COD game that have 5 choices of attachments, Cold War that allowed to Choose all the attachments and then Vanguard to showcase all the attachments and go deep diving to showcase how it would/wouldn't work. Thoughts?

I think intercept works as it sounds like, you maybe need to capture an area or a box/computer and then defend it until it reached the win number and to take it for your team you need to 'intercept' it. thus the name

You need to be able to tweak guns, otherwise they will never compete with Metas, like in MWIII you can balance recoil way better with a few attachments on old guns

Thank GOD they got rid of Cold Wars scorestreak system. Dying and keeping your progress towards streaks was just a crutch for noobs and annoying to good players.

For the attachments, I would like for it to be like how it was in WaW, BO1, BO2, BO3, etc, where it's only 4 attachments and you'll have to sacrifice some to put on. The classic system

Speaking about the perks which were regenerating, it could be the game from the game mode cranked as you would get similar perks on a cooldown timer, resetting the timer for each and every kill you get.

When it comes to perks, I heard it’s the classic 3 perk system, but you can take multiple perks from 1 of the 3 tiers, and having 3 perks based around the same thing, like information gathering gives you a “perk specialization”, essentially a fancy fourth perk.

the perks you show at the beginning look more like an active buff ui overlay, think like Minecraft potion effects in the inventory. It also looks like a short 3 or 5 second buff given for those 3 things each time the player gets a kill

4:12 I believe that is a SVU, given the bullpup and AK style dust cover. Makes sense too, because the Dragunov SVU was designed in 1990. It may be a possible tiered weapon with the normal Dragunov or its own weapon..

I think the perk icon is the bottom icon and the 3 top ones are just the stats currently buffed, like after a kill get move speed, reload speed etc... (just visual indicators)

the indicators on the right of the UI are most likely buff indicators, for example quick fix giving you regen after kills. I think it's a nice change to help convey exactly when specific perks are active

I miss the Pick 10 system but I understand most people would miss the full customization of their guns like recent CODs so I’ll propose this. Instead of doing pick 10 which may be a little to old school for some, we can do a pick 15 maybe for instance (I think pick 20 is too much) and now we have a little more leeway with what we do but you still have to make those same sacrifices and the Devs can focus on balance a lot better. Like if you agree, I don’t usually say that but I’m genuinely curious this time around.

The 1st gun that was thrown between two guys was an m110 marksman rifle The second gun looks to to a keltec rdb or rfb (55.6 or 7.62 variants) 3rd is a mossburg 590 clone, though the thumb safty is oriented sideways somehow Gun durring the helicopter is in fact an SVD/dragonov! The smg on the table looks like a Frankenstein of an sr3 vikhr taking 9mm mags The sniper looks to be the Hécate II anti-materiel rifle!! super hype!!

In my opinion, I like more attachments but I’d personally prefer them to be a bit more different and noticeable then say 10 different grips that ever so slightly change your ADS or movement speed, etc

3:38 I suspect this is an MSSR. From other stuff I’ve seen in the trailers I checks out. It was developed in the 1990s, is based on the AR platform and it has the same furniture such as the same unique hand guard and stock.

Based on the screen at 10:30 - i think that the game will allow for up to 9 attachments - 1 for each slot if you look in the bottom right just above the stats there are 4/9 diamonds lit up indicating the 4 attachments he has on currently plus there being 9 slots in total This could just be purely the separate gunsmith like we have seen in previous games to make custom mods etc however all is obviously subject to change before release (unless they announce anything specific later)

I'm ok with having like 8 attachment slots on a weapon, but i don't need like 20 suppressors to choose from. I would never be able to remember what every suppressor does so anytime i want a suppressor i have to analyze all 20 of them to decide which one fits my gun the best. I just want to choose between like maybe 5 of each type of attachment.

1:41 the perks were confirmed to be a lot different basically you have your red, green, and blue perks but the difference is you can equip All 3 of your perks from 1 category for example red and if you do than you get a bonus perk for having only red perks equipped, same goes for the other colors, you can still equip 1 perk from each color and even 2 perks from 1 color and 1 perk from another [no bonus tho]

I think from a gun gurus standpoint having the option to change your barrel change the receiver change the trigger and change your grip etc.. it’s pretty cool I do think 10 attachments it way to much for a game standpoint it’s just to much to constantly go over but like 6 to 8 attachments seems like a decent medium.

This game will just run into the same problems of the last cods. Poor netcode consistent crashing, tied somehow onto war zone. Plenty of micro transactions,fps drops and cheaters. Don’t forget the fact that it’s just reskins at this point. Boots on the ground cod imo is some of the worse cod and now we get “advanced boots on the ground movement” idk bout you guys but I can’t dive and max Payne turn my body 360 to shoot. You’d fall before you could.

I think the "perks" you saw on the right side of the screen were actually effects. I only think this because it was a short timer that occurred after each kill, so it was probably a perk that triggers those effects after each kill.

I don't know if anyone saw this but when he talks about the attachments at 10:46 right above the chart for gun stats there are 4 orange dots which correlate to the amount of attachments on the gun with 4 more slots that are clear, so we might be getting 8 attachments
