Just want to say something here that I forgot to mention in the video... The soundtrack was amazing!!! almost all of the music that played in the movie was incredible!! I'm gonna cop that album when I get the chance!!

I'm pretty sure the arm wrestling contest was just M'Baku testing to see if she had the powers of the Black Panther since there's no way her skinny ass would be able to win one without them.

Ain’t no way they wanted to get rid of something as iconic to the character of Namor as his ankle wings and replace them with some “Vibranium anti-gravity” tech. That’s like saying Cloud’s oversized Buster sword looks stupid and unrealistic and just giving him a regular sword lol

The anckle wings it's from the original design from the comic, the flying too. Namor mentioning he was a mutant is because in the comics he is considered the first mutant ever.

The important lady in the beginning is Lake Bell. She's been voicing Poison Ivy in the Harley Quinn show and she voiced Black Widow in What If.

I get that these guys didn't live and breathe the comics so their review is meant to be in that context but it is quite interesting how certain qualms and gripes they have were answered by the movie itself answers. For me It is an amazing movie, better than the first in some ways and just as good as it overall while achieving totally different things. It has better acting across the board than the first, a strong antagonist, deep symbolism, great soundtrack, excellent cinematography, better CGI for damn sure and expands the Wakandaverse in a thoughtful way. Coogler is a great director.

At the part where some of you are complaining about Namors wings and I wholeheartily disagree, as a Namor fan his wings are like wolverines claws.

I went into Wakanda Forever being really worried but after finishing it I just fell in love with the movie, I cried on 3 occasions, it just is an absolutely amazing movie with amazing acting, amazing music and just everything. I still like the first movie more but I am just so happy they nailed it for Wakanda Forever

The amount if restraint that was used in this movie is its biggest credit

No wonder Angela’s shoulders looked so fucking buff, she CARRIED half this movie like Atlas!!

As someone who tries to be at least in tune with the comics i would like to say i enjoyed this movie a lot knowing that nobody really felt like a secondary character ,whereas the first chadwick was the main focus and the only focus which is only right but i love how everyone got a chance to be the star in their own way. Everyone was great and i felt more of a togetherness in this movie . The languages and the struggles each character had made this a more profound movie to me

I saw Black Panther Wakanda Forever with my sister and friends and it was awesome! It definitely tugs you in the feels with several scenes. Like Kenny said, it’s Shakespearean. I geeked out when Namor said IMPERIUS REX. As a little kid growing up, Namor is my favorite anti-hero. Imperius Rex means Empire King. Thor asked what Imperius Rex means in Thor #1 from 2018, and Namor said: “It means I'm going to feed your sorry Asgardian hide to the biggest sharks I can find!" Tenoch Huerta did Namor justice! I can’t wait to see him again in the MCU! 🙅🏾‍♂️🌊🌊

Love hearing you guys review, feels authentic to the everyday person. I enjoyed the movie and the length of it didn't bother me like I thought it would. I'd put it on the same level as BP1 because the action and CG was better and Angela Basset with Laticia Wright killed it with the acting.

I enjoyed this movie a lot more than I expected to. It is not perfect but I would say it comes pretty close. The scenes that drag it down aren’t even straight up bad, they’re just forgettable. Solid 8/10 for me. Also, Namor is such a good antagonist. Loved him in this movie

If you make a character who actively thinks they're evil, you end up with Dr. Evil. And yeah, a character doesn't need a big backstory if they're motivated. 26:14 Oh no, everyone remembers that one. Spider-Man out of nowhere, Giant-Man. Just cause no big emotional dialogue doesn't mean people don't remember it. 1:13:09 They already changed him so much by giving all this Mayan stuff that may as well have been a different character then. 1:13:47 No. Then there's be even more "can we fight closer to the water jokes" than he and Aquaman already get. How do you then move the character to a different planet if he needs to "fly on water"? Comic books are goofy, that's just how it is.

Unpopular take here but I'm disappointed that they ended T'Challa's stories and adventures way too early in the MCU unfortunately. I will be seeing this movie soon but I'm pretty much tapped out of the MCU after Endgame because I think the blip messed up a lot of later additions of certain characters like Doctor Strange (after rewatching the 2016 movie, all the stuff that I was hoping to see in a sequel was gone and not talked about ever again).

Holy hell this review was all over the place. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 I’ll just say that I went to a 3PM showing Thursday, n loved the film from beginning to end. It didn’t drag for me. It was very emotional. The Marvel title card made me emotional in its own right. It had decent comedy moments, when possible. Namor was great, Shuri was great, Nakia was great, Okoye was great. Angela Bassett is the 👑 that we all knew she was n delivered an amazing performance. Theaters across the world, r morning w/ the cast in this film. Also, the reason Nakia spoke great Spanish, is bcuz Lupita’s parents sent her to Mexico to learn Spanish when she was a teenager. Like I said, I loved the film. The director, Ryan Coogler did the impossible. Chadwick is missed terribly in the film, it’s obvious. This film was a love letter to him n his legacy. YIBAMBE.! Wakanda Forever.! R.I.P. Chadwick Boseman. 💜💐

One of the finest films in a generation

it was so boring :( Phase 4 is now finally over and hopefully the next moves will b e good, Marvel is pretty much trash now.

The movie is not good except the beginning and ending. In between was dogshit. Best part of MCU Black Panther was Chadwick and thats it. Shame they didnt make a good enough movie for him. Also, if they wanted Namor to be an Aztec, they shouldve at least shaved his facial hair. Dude was just Mestizo, vato loco looking with that facial hair.

Just watched the movie today, really really enjoyed it.

Hardly any action. Some here and there. It went too long and gave every big character their moment to mourn in the film. I’m happy for that but it just got boring. They have his send off immediately and it just felt empty. Even though we get flash backs at the end which were the most touching if only in this film and that was it. Even as sherry fights as panther it’s so little and underwhelming. I think the movie in general was ok. It wasn’t bad at all. But it just went too long too much talking. The blue people were cool I enjoyed their fight scenes but again where were all the marvel characters if Wakanda is being attacked? I miss Chadwick Boseman. It all makes sense in the first panther film most actors go on steroids and build a phenomenal physique yet he was small yet he looked great I was surprised he wasn’t on anything and it makes sense. He was dying this whole time. I hope they find the right panther like the new blade looks perfect for the part.
