Certain actors just ARE certain characters. To me Toby Stephens IS Captain Flint! He is an amazing actor. First saw him in the Bond film Die Another Day as Gustav Graves, and he was amazing in that as well. Clearly great acting runs in the family with Maggie Smith as his mother!

i absolutely love this series,all the pirates are some real original gangsters who take no shit,captain flint,is a real badass pirate.i am an artist from the caribbean and i got so many ideas for some of my paintings of pirate scenes in the west indies back in the day.the entire cast is absolutely very talented.more series please.well done

I flew through all the episodes after Vane was introduced and of course when it came that time, I am not afraid to say I actually bawled. That one hurt. But I still want to see the story continue with Flint's story. Has there been any talk about them picking this series up again?
