I was listening to this while trying to shift. Ended up having a dream where my dr friends and I were on a ship that sunk so we used the life boats to go to an island with a waterfall. We ended up chilling there, ignoring the fact that we were missing like 3 people from our group- Definitely using this to try and shift again.

@@SleepRelaxation Hey There! I have been listening to mostly all of your videos and I love them!!! I was digionsed with high blood pressure and anixty, and this has helped me so much the past years! Anyhow, I was wondering how you get the sounds, like are they real or are they technology designed? Also I showed this to my grandma who unfortunately died last year of age. She said that it helped a lot. But then she told me that she heard a man faintly whisper "help" and I have been reading the comments and other people are saying that to!
